It is a hygienic right-angle rotary lock designed specifically for food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical equipment. The lock body is made of SUS316 stainless steel, with a mirror-polished surface and equipped with a blue food-grade TPU sealing ring. The smooth, easy-to-clean hygienic structure reduces the residue of dirt and cleaning liquids, making it suitable for frequent cleaning and high hygiene requirement environments.
The product uses a 90° right-angle rotation to drive the lock tongue open and closed, featuring a compact structure, quick operation, and easy maintenance. The IP69K protection design can meet the demands of high-pressure, high-temperature washing environments and is suitable for hygienic equipment such as food machinery, electrical control cabinets, filling equipment, dairy equipment, meat processing equipment, and pharmaceutical machinery.
Hygienic design with no dead corners: The exterior features smooth transitions and large radii to reduce dust accumulation, liquid pooling, and cleaning dead corners.
SUS316 stainless steel: Compared to ordinary 304, it is more suitable for salty environments, cleaning agents, dairy, meat processing, and humid conditions.
Mirror-polished surface: Reduces dirt adhesion and makes rinsing and wiping easier.
Double-layer hygienic sealing design: Both the drive head and the panel mounting area have blue sealing elements, which can enhance the sealing capability in external washing environments.

Using blue TPU sealing material commonly used in food equipment, silicone, HNBR, EPDM, and other materials can also be customized. The blue design facilitates quick identification of seals in food production environments. If direct food contact is involved, corresponding food contact material compliance documents can be provided according to project requirements.
IP69K is primarily designed for high-pressure and high-temperature water spray environments, suitable for equipment frequently washed with high-pressure water guns in food factories. Actual supply should be based on the corresponding IP test report and installation conditions.
The products are designed and material-configured according to the sanitary design principles of 3-A, EHEDG, EN 1672-2, and ISO 14159. If customers require formal 3-A or EHEDG certification, confirmation must be made according to the corresponding certification procedures and specific applications.
