RoHS Environmental Compliance
ForndLock attaches great importance to environmental compliance. RoHS test reports or compliance documents can be provided for relevant locks, hinges, handles, and hardware accessories according to customer requirements.
We strictly control the risk of hazardous substances in materials and surface treatment processes, helping customers meet environmental regulatory requirements in the European Union and other international markets.
Salt Spray Testing
To ensure long-term stability in outdoor, humid, coastal, high-humidity, and corrosive environments, ForndLock can conduct salt spray testing according to product materials and project requirements.
Stainless steel, zinc alloy, carbon steel, and surface-treated products can be supported with corresponding corrosion resistance testing based on customers’ application scenarios. For projects with special anti-corrosion requirements, we can also recommend suitable materials, surface treatments, and testing standards according to customer needs.
Product Testing & Quality Control
ForndLock carries out multiple quality control procedures during production, including dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, assembly testing, opening and closing tests, load testing, protection performance evaluation, and packaging inspection.
For customized projects and bulk orders, we can provide sample confirmation, mass production inspection, pre-shipment inspection, and related testing documents according to customer requirements, ensuring that products meet procurement, assembly, and end-use requirements.
